Rebecca's intense passion for customer excellence began over a decade ago when she oversaw the opening of several high-end retail art galleries, balancing the need for an exceptional experience with a drive for sales. Since that time she has successfully led customer experience and operations teams in the outsourcing, property and energy sectors - developing her strategic approach with each new challenge.
Think Wow was born from her determination that UK customer experience should be unrivalled around the world, and that businesses who understand this deserve to win more customers.

Daniel was most recently Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a FTSE 250 listed company. His sales approach centres on an unwavering respect for the customer and what they actually want, making him a natural choice to join our team here at Think Wow. Over his almost 20 year sales career he has worked with the MOD, privately owned businesses and publicly-listed corporations– consistently transforming their commercial performance along the way.
Daniel believes that sales is the engine room of the business, and sets not only the customer expectation but plays a huge part in shaping the corporate culture. We are thrilled to have him on-board helping us change the face of UK customer experience and ensuring that your sales teams don’t just win business, they lay the foundations for loyal and satisfied customers.
